Refunds
- We only offer refunds if you recorded a video while opening your package and the product is damaged or not as described.
- This helps us verify the issue quickly and ensures fairness for both sides.
Exchanges
- Product not as described? No problem! You can exchange your item within 7 days of delivery as long as it’s unworn and in its original packaging.
Damaged or Wrong Item
- If something isn’t right, we’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement quickly.
How it works:

- Send the item back using a secure courier.
- Once we receive and check it, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 7 business days.
Please note: Sale and custom items are final unless they arrive faulty.
